I made this white hat for my mother as a Christmas gift.
I had several people (a bunch actually) ask me to write up the pattern for the white beanie I made. I did, as best I could.
I whipped up this beanie on the fly just trying out some stitch patterns to create the effect I wanted to make my mother a hat for Christmas.
I washed the black hat that I knit a couple of weeks ago. I washed it all by itself. It came out of the machine covered in lint!
As I am holed up in a hotel room I finally found the time to finish the hat I've been knitting for one of the Applebee's bartenders.
I'm currently working on a hat for a bartender friend of mine who asked me to knit her a hat to match her coat.
I have to admit that these videos bring a tear to my eye. I love a warm hug and got a couple tonight, 1,000+ miles from home.
Nothing fancy, just a basic black watch cap but it's the first thing I've knit without following a pattern.
I finished knitting my very first hat. It's done using Silver's Palindrome pattern and was fun to knit.
I started the hat to go with my Irish Hiking Scarf. I've been a little busy around the house so haven't worked on it as much as I'd like, but I think it's coming along ok for my first hat.
