Really off knitting topic.

I haven't post much of late as I (we) have been very busy. We, my partner and I, bought a house in Nova Scotia in the late winter or early spring depending where you live. We take possession and move in on June 28th. I am really excited about moving to a new province. I get to retire, although I will miss the yarn store I work in part time but just think how much time I will have to knit. Hopefully I will get to post some FO's when we get down there. I do check in most days just to read and see what everyone is up to. I did finish MMario's "Limberlost", the KAL with Knitivity. As is usual with MM's is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!! Hope to talk soon from Nova Scotia. Do we have any MWK members from the maritimes????????

Congratulations!!! The Atlantic is just so beautiful!

Where will you be in NS? Here in Maine, we have a ferry from Portland and Bar Harbor that goes out to Yarmouth and then, when you get there, they have other bus tours that go over to Halifax and a few other places out of the cities. So, you'll be close to my neck of the woods.

Good luck on the move and hope all is well for you.

hi Robert, all I know (as I don't know the maritimes) is we will be north east of the Halifax Airport, out in the country near Elmsdale on Lake Egmont Road, a little country place out of the way lol. If you are ever going to be in Halifax let me know and we could get together for a knitting chat lol. I could bring you out to the farm and let you look at my chickens. Was thinking of Alpaca's but I think chickens would be better. I don't spin but I do eat eggs!!!!

I'm excited for you! Good luck!

I've lately been keeping my eyes open for the yarn that wants to be knit into Limberlost; I'm hoping I can stick it out for the square version. Some time this summer, I hope to work on it. I can't wait to see yours!
