Just thought I'd share the scarf I made for my son. Today's his birthday and since December has been pretty cold already, he was happy to have the new scarf. I made it with Loops & Threads Charisma black yarn. It's a nice big thick yarn and 100% acrylic. I used the Chraisma black yarn in tandem with a medium grade black and/or blue yarn on #13 needles. As you can see, I simply used the garter stitch while slipping the first stitch in each row. It was my first scarf, and the first time working with such thick yarn, big needles and slipping the stitches. I am please with the outcome, and really like how the ends of each row look neat and cleanly braided.
