Socks, Mittens and Balls

Hello all. I continue to be inspired by the various projects everyone shares on this site....I'm continuing to work on basic socks and mittens. When I work on mittens this time of year, I feel like a squirrel getting ready for colder weather and that thing called winter. And just for fun, I knit a couple of small balls and stuffed them with bamboo fill. The pattern came from Susan Anderson's book "Itty Bitty Toys". I'd like to make about a dozen in several colors and put them in a bowl. They are wonderfully squeezable and tactile. It was a good small project to use up small bits of scrap yarn....Happy knitting and creating....Cullen

Great job on the "balls!" Lol. I had to comment because I just saw a book by Arne & Carlos called 55 Christmas Balls To Knit It looks pretty cool and wanted to mention it after seeing your pic!

Great looking knitting, Cullen. The balls are quite nice and the idea of a bunch of them in a bowl sounds fun.

Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
