Greetings of the Season

I try to at least read the posts here, and haven't had much time for writing anything new or responding to anyone else.

I look around and can't see much that I've done, but I've been busy with something, I know that! There is a reason they call this the "silly season".

I want to show you some skeins I've plied not too long ago. They are two slightly different shades of a steel gray, although it appears slightly brown in this pic. Must be the lighting. I spun each, and rather than have two smallish skeins, I plied them together to make something that I may find more useful. I have now 8 little skeins! What they will become is still a mystery. I will have something else to show you another time.

I want to wish all the men (and the women too) on this site the very best of Christmases, and a most wonderful and exciting year of knitting! When it all gets too stressful, remember that knitting calms the soul.

On my monitor this is a gorgeous shade of grey. Merry Christmas to you, too.
