18 hours of glorious uninterruped knitting

Vacation! In two week we'll be driving from our home in St. Louis, MO to Taos, NM and the best part is my husband refuses to let me drive (I was chirstened "Not Safe and Any Speed" years ago). It's an 18 hour trip that we do in 12 hours on the first day and 6 on the second all in day light. And I can knit and knit and knit and I think that's what I'm looking forward to most. I wonder if I can get a pair of socks done on the way there. Hmm.

Have a great holiday.

I miss the road trips where I had a relief driver. Got a lot of projects done that way....

MMario - ambiguity is cultivated, it doesn't happen in a vacuum!

MMario - I'm not divorced from reality - we're having a trial separation

I was on a business trip a few weeks ago and tried knitting in the car but could not really get into it. It was all thruway, 7 hours, but the movement of the vehicle interfered too much. Good luck and I hope you have a great time.

I have not tried knitting in the car yet. Probably since I'm always the driver. My hubby has also been designated "not safe" in that regard!
