I am fine doing combined purl stitches for stockinette stitch but I am not quite sure what to do for ribbing. Can someone point me to the best online demo?

I really had a wonderful time making this scarf for my spoilee. I learned a lot (this was the first attempt at doing cables) about myself and about the joy of sharing.

This might be a bit off mark but I am depending on y'all in intelligent urban areas for advice. I live in Florida so you would think I would be comfortable with being 62 right ?

I really enjoy knitting with this yarn. The greatest feature is that is has varied thickness and is much what I would imagine "home spun" yarn to be like.

I saw a book several months ago in Michael's about knitting and fitting top down garments. I , being short sighted and oh ya cheap, did not buy it.
