The other day, a co-worker of mine gave me some sock yarn "Kroy Sock Yarn" to make him a Beanie. I started simple Beanie with a 2x2 rib brim about 15 rows, and the remainder stockinette.

Every year for Christmas I make my Mom some really warm comfortable socks. This year I went with a plain Cable sock that I found on Ravelry. I just finished the first one!

I understand that Garter Stitch is basically the first stitch every beginning knitter learns...But, gosh darn it, I hate it.

Well, guys, as you all may know...I am an avid knitter...duh. LOL. Well, you may or may not know that I love to cook and bake. So, for this Thanksgiving I thought I'd try a new dessert. Cream Puff Eclairs!!!!
Here's the 411 on how to make them...VERY SIMPLE
Preheat oven to 425
1 Stick (8oz) butter
1 Cup Water
Heat that to a boil and add
1 Cup of Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
and mix until it turns into a paste, and doesn't stick to the walls of the pot
