The Husband Scarf

For Chirstmas I gave my husband two hanks of Cascade 220 tweed - does he knit? No. Our deal was that everything we gave each other would be something we could both enjoy. So I got to knit it and he gets to wear it. And just in time too - it's going to be 0 tonight. We haven't seen that in eleven years.

Anyway, I love this pattern and will definitely do it again for inventory. It's super easy and moves fairly quickly.

Great pattern and work. Truly a scarf to be worn and shown.

Here's the link to the pattern, it's free.
Miles Diagonal Scarf
It was knit in Cascade 220 tweed color 7612.

Though technically not reversible ther doesn't seem to be a wrong side, which is something I really liked about it.

Thanks for the great comments.

Thank you for the pattern link!
She lives in San Francisco, so I've invited her to join us on Monday Night Knit...she has an amazing list of free patterns on her blog!

I hope she joins you. When I was on her blog to collect this link I down loaded another scarf of hers - lace this time. :-)

Very nice, Scott. I may have to consider that for me. Not that I need another scarf - or hat. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
