Dan's Afghan in progress

I found this pattern on Ravelry. It's my first time successfully using circular needles. I wasn't sure I was going to like how this looked once I really got into the cabled part of it, but now that I've got almost two feet completed I am really loving it.

The pattern is super easy. It's just four rows repeated until it's the length you want.

I worked an afghan in a similar pattern [if not the same one] and really enjoyed it. Yours looks great.

Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Thanks Joe! It's cool how quickly this works up but still looks kinda complicated. Hahaha

I really like that pattern and have thought about using it for a large project. Your have done a superb job! I haven't used my straight needles for a couple years now. I use circular needles for almost everything from socks to top-down raglan sweaters, to afghans. I also am very, very fond of any kind of cables. Well done, Chris.
