Carlito Cardigan

Hey guys,

I published a pattern a while back that had a ton of errors...they have all been corrected, but I would like to know if anyone has been brave enough to start knitting it again...if so, has anyone encountered new issues??

Here is the link if anyone is interested. Its free

Looks great but I don't think I am brave enough to try that one yet.

I am always looking for interesting patterns so I will add it to the list. I am down to 3 projects waiting and 3 WIPs so, when i hit 2 I will be on the hunt for a new one. Is the Ravelry pattern correct now?

Yes, the pattern is correct now...there are Charts and proper numbers and good notes...I think it should go a lot easier. I am going to be adding a blocking schematic very soon as well.

I am hoping to start it in the next month or so. When I do I will definitely be posting pictures here as well as on Ravelry.

Alas..It is not a design for much as I want the world to knit it...sigh...whatever you are knitting, it will look wonderful...I am sure!

Don't belong to Ravelry but commend you on totally reworking the design for the benefit of the knitters. Looking forward to seeing photos of other knitters efforts. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

I just checked out the cardigan. I am quite familiar with the Saxon Braid and love the overall design of the cardigan and the way you used the traveling rib on the bias. I will definitely be doing this as one of my 52 projects in 52 weeks (see my blog and will give you feedback when I have finished it. Do you have any other designs?
