The CapotiSaurus Rex

I got my "Clapotis" from done! I doubled the width and quadrupled the length for a man-sized version. That lead the designer to knickname it the "CalpotiSaurus Rex"

Yow, Thor, magnificent!! I think Clapotis Magnus would be more appropriate!

Oh, Thor, that looks great! I couldn't quite imagine it when you told us you were knitting this, but this is really good. I did make one -- a small sample -- and I made the mistake of using some ACKrilic that I had lying around, thinking it would be good enough for practicing. I should have known just didn't behave the way wool would have, so I was very disappointed. There was nothing wrong with the technique, just that I used the wrong fibre.

Seeing yours now, I may try it again, with a better yarn, and make it quite large. I like the idea of a Clapotis Magnus!

Yowza! That is some huge knitting. Very nice, though. I may have to rethink knitting a clapotis since I can make one that big. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Great looking Clap Thor. I've been going to kit one for years and now you have spurred me on again.

GROOVY!! Wear it like it's your job and the rent's due TOMORROW!

If some sissy tried to kick my ass I would say, "Hey, Mary, go knit me a sweater before I slap you in the face!”
