Hi Guyz!!

Hi guyz,
I just joined this group about a week ago. I've had a lots of fun reading the posts....I love the ♂Willie Warmer♂ post(s), as well as other things.

I like to do the Continental style of knitting (being left handed?) and when I do crochet I hold the work in my left hand and hold the crochet hook with my right.

Crochet is ok when I make a beer can cozy but not if you have to wear it like a sock...not that I would put my foot in a beer can cozy...any more than I would put a beer can in a sock...I mainly drink Diet Coke©☺, but I think you know what I mean...now if you could just explain it to me, then we both of us would know what I wanted to say. After all there must be some reason why we wear knit t-shirts and not crocheted ones...t-shirts are made like giant knitted socks...one big tube with interlocking loops as the needles must be very small. On the other hand (or foot as the case may be) Crochet is made of knots...that would not feel all that great on the feet to wear sock that were crocheted.

Here is a Youtube of some of my projects:

Have fun!!!

The crochet stitch really isn't any more of a knot then a knit stitch is; but it is bulkier for the same size yarn....
