Here's a sweater for the guys in Interweave Knits Summer 2010.
...that issue just arrived today! Haven't had a chance to read it...
Looks great Kenny! I'll have to check it out.
That's a nice sweater Kenny, and great colours.
What a terrific sweater Kenny! I love the way you did the v-neck shaping and dig the offset stripes. Congrats!

Yet another fun design, Kenny. Congratulations. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Congrats on another great design. I like how the stripes on the arms are offset from the stripes on the body.
Thanks guys! Some People on ravelry are calling this dull. But oh well. It is meant to be simple......
It's a CLASSIC!
There is a great value in designing something well...some people think everything has to be gimmick up...
It's a very handsome sweater.
How true, Bill. That's why there are some truly ugly patterns out there that were dreamt up by designers who were a flash in the pan. In my opinion, "Cutesy, Kitschy" only goes so far; sooner or later, you've got to show some real talent. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
Hear, Hear!!! This is a sweater that I could have worn in college, would totally wear it presently and could see myself wearing it 10 years from now!
Dull?!? Who are these clueless Ravelers? I need NAMES! (",)
I agree it's a very clean, classic look, with just enough differnce to make it "new"
Tho, I have to admit, for me, personally, the stripes on the sleeves would drive me nuts! I want them either higher (biceps or shoulder) or at the cuff. To my eye , where they are looks like you made the sleeve too short and then added to it. But I know that's a personal foible.
MMario - I'm not divorced from reality - we're having a trial separation
Mill and all, you guys are too kind! I guess it's because you guys sorta "know" me and that's why you might be biased. But for those who don't, they can have whatever opinion they want about the sweater. But I just guess that one man's poison is another mans steak (is that how it's said?)
Yeah, but thank you all for your kindness.
