Retirement Stash

Well boys, I have been retired for one day and I decided to treat myself to a retirement gift.
Don had a business call in Listowel which is the home of Spinrite Yarns. When he asked me if I wanted to join him for the day I immediately accepted his offer. Little did he know that our first stop was going to be Spinrite Yarn factory outlet.

Like a retired kid in a candy store.....................see pix.

Nice batch of yarns and books, Dennis. I have a copy of that first lace book by Kinzel and look forward to doing something out of it. I hope you get many hours of enjoyable knitting from the retirement stash. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

yes, congratulations on the first day of retirement Dennis - but with a shopping trip like that for how many days can you afford to stay retired ?? :-) Preparing for the hinterlands of Nova Scotia! - Phil

If that's how you celebrate being retired for one day - can't wait for the one week, one m,onth and one Year anniversaries!

MMario - I'm not divorced from reality - we're having a trial separation
