My first Triangular Shawl and Charity Blanket

Here is my recently completed Triangular shawl. It is a Lion Brand yarn and pattern and my daughter is modeling it. Pattern was very easy and I would like to do it again with a more luxurious yarn with no boucle to show off the lace more. I am still very proud, as I had to take out several rows (2 different times and thank God for lifelines) and I ended up with the correct number of stitches at the end! Hope you like the results. Someone will be lucky to get this one. I also finished a crochet afghan for my Knit & Crochet group's charity project in December. It is the last picture. Should keep someone very warm.

Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes it is hard to get in this part of the world. Can't wait to meet you all.

That shawl is quite nice and you did a great job pairing the boucle with a simple lace pattern that compliments it well. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
