Love the 'green with envy', and look forward to seeing the finished socks.

That is some great yarn, Craig. The resulting socks ought to me magnificent. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Very nice Craig. Beautiful hues. How did you hand paint them?

I used those foam brushes. Yarn wound into hanks, thwen soaked in water, squeeze out the excess, lay hanks out and attack with the foam brushed and dyes.

Have been knitting for years. I knit continually then will try another craft, but will return to the needles.

Ooh, I love them! What kind of dyes did you use? And what weight is the yarn?

I use Jacquard dyes and the yarn is 4ply/fingering weight.

Absolutely fabulous and something to appeal to everyone's palette. Well done.

Looks wonderful, I would knit socks with any one of those skeins. Dying's the next thing I want to try (just cause I don't have enough unfinished projects lying around...) ;)
