Sunny Brethren

HunterBrethren (18)

This is another pair from the Brethren Pattern by Millard Fontenot. I found this pattern to be the perfect pattern for me. Still planning on making a pair a month until all the wollemeise is gone lol. I have other yarn that will be used to make this pattern. I think it's a beautiful sock, that is masculine and very interesting in the cabling department. It takes about 100 grams of yarn or about 385 yards. I do a double heel and a double toe.

I made a promise to myself, that when I found a pattern that I liked a lot and was very intuitive to me, that I would make a lot of socks and here we go once more. Thanks for stopping by!

You make the best socks in the best colors! I'm a fan of bright and jewel tones. Nice!

Wow, Andy...another great interpretation of the Brethren Socks. I'm not a big fan of yellow but those are gorgeous. Probably because they are saffron colored...saffron, I like.

Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
