Heidi Kirrmaier - Simple Summer Top Down With V-Neck

Afternoon All,

It has been a while since I posted. I developed a bad case of tennis elbow as I was finishing up Weinstein's Raglan-Sleeved Henley and put the needles up for eight weeks. Everything is fine now. I started knitting JUne 1st put I am taking it slow. Enjoyed the top down so much that I have begun Heidi's pattern. It is free on Ravelry. Just finished the Raglans and joined the front and I have knit a few rounds. Here is a picture of the progress over the last couple of weeks. The fibre is Debbie Bliss' Prima (80% bamboo and 20% Merino wool). It has a lovely drape and should feel great on the body. Hope you are all doing well and I've enjoyed the posts while I've take some down time.

Happy Knitting All - regards,

I was wondering why we hadn't heard from you for a while. Glad you are recovering from the aches and pains; be sure not to overdo it.

Great looking sweater. I look forward to seeing the finished product.

Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

How do you like the Weinstein raglan? I have his book and that sweater is one I have earmarked to make with a new batch of yarn I just bought. Raglan's are so nice to make...no seams!!

I love it. I've liked every one of his patterns I've used.
