Finished the sweater this morning. Here is the final pic of this project after the ends were woven in and it was washed blocked and dried. Heidi's pattern is great and it is a free download on Ravelry. The pattern is Simple Summer Tweed. What 's not to like about that. Just to remind everyone the yarn I chose for this project was Classic Silk by Elite Yarns which was made in Italy. It is a blend of 50% Cotton, 30 % silk and 20% rayon. I knitted it on size seven needles. The yarn was purchased on sale with a steep markdown. It ran me $3.50 a skein. The garment ended up costing me approximately $25.00 for the fibre. Not bad!
Now on to the next project.
Have a great weekend all,
