Another pair of the Brethren a pattern by Millard Fontenot , one of our own. Thanks for stopping by!
I am smiling! Love your sense of color! It's so much FUN! Could so see myself in these!
I love this yarn more than I want to admit. I am not afraid of color as you can tell, lol

I love wearing gaudy socks (I almost wrote that "gaydy"...so be it :) ). It's my little bit of rebellion against the "men wear black and brown and navy blue" attitude here. What's the exact name of that yarn?
The name of the yarn is "Eye of Jupiter"
I should have guessed!http://www.etsy.com/listing/19662561/pre-order-eye-of-jupiter-sereknity-sock
...of course it's sold out...but it's from their "Battlestar Gallactica" series!
Interesting, on the site given below it looks like pretty smooth changes between solid colors. Did you double up the yarn?
Each round is from a different end of the skein. The yarn works for many projects, but you have to be creative in others.
Ah, hence the striping too. Great fun!
LOL as a song I love says, "I love what you do to me, so keep on doing what you do!" :-)
Love the socks Andy! Wondering...how do you get pics in the message without uploading as an attachment? I can't seem to figure it out:)
The way I do it is to load the pics into a service like Picasa or Flickr, and then use the imbedding link provided on that site.
I actually used the embed HTML, to get a small picture I use thumbnail version , then the others are by size. I do have a Flickr account.
I saw some socks like that when I was sampling some of the little brown mushrooms growing in Seattle Arboretum. They were actually black socks, but after the 40 mile long Aardvark came and had his way with them, they got really pretty. Then I rolled up like a wood louse and the next thing I knew, I was in a red, womb-like apartment in Queens, NY, talking about Carlos Castaneda with the Mr. Coffee.
Great socks, Andy. The cabling does interesting things with the colorway.

Those socks are fun!
