I like the idea of having done it...but not sure I'd really want to undertake it. Besides my pie crusts tend to be a bit too crumbly (which is the way I like them). Any pie crust that holds together that well is bound to have been worked more than it should have been and will likely be tough. But I have a Greek butter cookie recipe that lends itself wonderfully to such insanity, and I could see making a few "knit" cookies for our pre-Christmas knitting group meeting. :)
