Lotus Blossom Shawl

Finished this for mom just in time for the Lunar New Year.

Pattern: Lotus Blossom Shawl from Fiddlesticks.
Yarn: KnitPicks' Palette, fingering weight, 2-ply. I used little over 2 balls for the shawl. Didn't need the third one until the bobble bind off.
Needles: KnitPicks' Options, US Size 8.

Love it. Love it. Love it.

And I really like the bobble bind off. May have to order the pattern just to learn how to do the bobbles.

Hope you had a great New Year.

Thank you all for the good words! :-) The red is so cheerful. Perfect for a New Year, new beginning.

I used a little over 2 balls of Palette. Didn't get to the third ball until the bobble bind off. Needles were US size 8, KnitPicks' Optioins. I should include this info in the post.

BTW, I got the pattern from blackberry-ridge.com. Happy New Year! :-)

grazie...I've used Palette for a shawl before - but it was multiple colours and a square shawl - so it's interesting to find out how much you used for the triangular.

Happy New Year, Kerry! I think she liked it. She wasn't feeling well so it was hard to tell. But she did show it to others. :-)

Lovely!
I want the pattern free, have no money to buy the pattern. Any one give me the pattern
