The faster I knit, the more my hands hurt. I must say I have improved my speed, a lot! But now my hands are starting to get really sore. Even my shouider is starting to bother me. I'm I going to fast? LOL. I just want to finish a project before I start another. Should I be stretching? If so, what kind of stretching? I'll wait for a response, taking a pain pill and drinking some wine.

It could be the "death clutch" on the needles - try consciously relaxing your hands on the needles. It's like long stretches of highway driving - for some reason your grip tends to get tighter and tighter and. . .
some stretch breaks probably wouldn't hurt either.
MMario - ambiguity is cultivated, it doesn't happen in a vacuum!

MMario - I'm not divorced from reality - we're having a trial separation
