Options Harmony Wood Interchangeable Needle Set

Has anyone ever used the Harmony Interchangeable needles?

I've tried interchangeable needles once and they kept coming loose, so I'm nervous about dropping the $$$ on a whole set (although I'll admit the ones I tried were cheap.)

These come in steel or wood... but I love wood....

Haven't tried those, but I've been knitting with my set of Denise Interchangeables for about 4 years and I can't say enough about them. I pretty much use the exclusively at this point. Some people might complain that they are plastic, but I love them. The company's run by a woman and her family in Charlottesville, VA and I highly recommend them. They're guaranteed for life. http://www.knitdenise.com. Sorry I can't comment on the Harmony product though.

Best of luck on your decision.

Well I dropped enough hints about wanting the interchangeable needles that my room mate ordered me some for my birthday, he can't keep a surprise to save his life. I'll let you know how I like them. Although I'm not sure if he ordered the harmony or the steel.

Just got the Knitpicks Options and really like them.......they have the best points of anything I've ever used. Would highly recommend them! Also plan on getting the Harmony as I do love working with wood/bamboo needles as well.

Yes...I've had them for a while...love them...BUT...
there has been a lot of breakage reported...and I've had a #5 split at the tip...however..the Knitpicks customer service is superb!
...they'll replace tips, cables, etc..no charge...
...and the colour is much nicer in person...
