I first wanted to say that a few of us from MWK here in Denver got together on Saturday for about 2 hours and, in my opinion, had a really great time. It was great to put names and faces together with a real person. Looks like we'll be doing it again soon too.
Anyway, I got quite a bit done on the stranding cap that I've been working on, this one in cotton yarn with 180 stitches on size 1 needles. I'm quite happy with how it's turning out and although it fits quite well on my head, I'm afraid it should probably be a bit more snug to start out with as my guess is it will stretch out a bit. So my question is, will washing and drying (air or dryer?) help shrink the hat a bit? I'm at the point where I'll begin on the top soon and I'm wondering if I should frog it and start again with few stitches all around.
Hope everyone has a great week.
