QAL #2 blocked

I just got my Queen Anne's Lace Shawl #2 blocked. So my Christmas knitting is now complete. This QAL shawl blocked out to 72 inches (183 cm) across which is 4 inches (10 cm) larger than my QAL #1 Queen Anne Lace Shawl #1 - pink.

Again, I apologize for the quality of the photo. I had a dickens of a time getting taking a photo that was not blurry and that showed the dark purple color. Wasn't too successful. The color is actually a deeper purple.

TThis is just such a visual treat...great color, and the work is so lovely. .......congratulations!! Er...ahh. Now, just how does one go about getting on your Christmas list? :)

That is a good question. And just so you know Tom, I'm not above groveling, I have given birth, I have no dignity left.

I think maybe that's even more stunning then your pink one, tom! - of course now I'm getting the urge to do one in the "Mallard" zephyr I have......

LOL - BuduR, I hope my sisters appreciate them as much as I know you would.

I'm sure they will Tom, they are breath taking.

Your shawl looks even more beautiful now that it is blocked.

This is just another fantastic piece of work. I am most envious, and if your sisters don't appreciate them (and I'm sure they will), I'm up for adoption.

Beautiful! It looks like peacock feathers.

You are really gifted with the needles! I admire your lacework so much. You must be really proud.
Thanks for sharing your work,
