No replies, how disappointing!

Nobody wants to help me and my class knit a few slippers, use up their scraps for cancer patients? I think I would get more of a response.
Too bad.

I would love to help, but I am just now about to start my very first pair of socks. So, I don't think you would want any slippers from me. Now, dishcloths, on the other hand.....I got ya covered there! Let me know if you need any. Also, what about scarves or afghans?

Perhaps we are knitting on our own projects or for our own charities.

I'm knitting beanies for a local charity here in New Zealand.

I'm doing a blanket for Project Linus.

In between knitting for my family I quilt for Project Linus.

I too do my own charity knitting. Teddy bears for African children impacted by HIV/AIDs with the Mother Bear Project, Hats for the Homeless, and blankets for Keep America Warm. Your project is great and worthy of support but I don't have the time right now to take on a fourth charity project. Good luck!

I just finished my first slipper (that's singular, not a pair) and it turned out crappy. Know of any favorite EASY patterns for a beginner that are as foolproof as possible?

I put a pattern on this site. It's easy. email if you have any questions.
