Another shot of the finished Papa sweater. (Thankfully, we are the same size... It fit's me like a dream...I need to make one for myself).

Incidentally...I found this ironic, that the profile picture and the sweater picture are mirror images: FYI: The picture in the grey pullover was taken in Louisville, KY. Autumn of 2000. Where did the 7+ years go???
both sides of mirror look great. and sweater ain't bad either :)
we put birds on things
Nice Job! Go to Macy's, get your dad a new sweater, and keep this one for yourself ; )
Zipper look great!!!
It is a lovely sweater with a great choice of colour. Your dad will enjoy it, I am sure.
Great looking sweater. Dad will really appreciate it, I'm sure.
Nice job- worth all the effort.
That is an incredible looking sweater. Great job!! Post pics from the Knitting Harlot's thing for sure!!
Vavavoom! Nicely done. The dad should be very pleased, indeed.
I am deeply honoured that you think so.
Are you going to Yarn Harlot at the Forestry Center on Tues night?
If your father looks half as good as you while wearing the sweater, it will still be an enormous success.
The sleeve choice and collar/zipper are just perfect.
The sweater looks fantastic, (and so do you), it's been very interesting to watch this project develop
Very nice. And you do need to make one for yourself, it looks great on you.
A handsom sweater on a handsom model. Great job.
Have been knitting for years. I knit continually then will try another craft, but will return to the needles.
You don't know how stressed I got following the progress of this sweater and trying to work out how it could possibly come together in a sensible way, but hey - it's fabulous. The colour combination is wonderful, the fit is fantastic, and it looks like the kind of sweater you never want to take off. I am very impressed.
So happy that I could touch your life in some small, stressful way. ;)
Yes, I love it...I'm going to graph the dimensions of the finished product and do one for myself in the same shades as Dad's and then maybe one in Reds as well. I LONG for a red sweater...I don't have one that really fits, outside of a vintage Woolrich ski-sweater that I bought when I was in college 30ish years ago~ I don't like the fit of that one much, but I haven't brought myself to retailor it yet...)
