My Third Knit Cap

I finally finished knitting my third cap. I started it back in April when I was visiting Portland. I used this pattern again, and I also stuck with the 2nd Time recycled cotton yarn.

However, I modified the pattern a little bit. This time I used size 6 needles and instead of 9 stripes before the decrease I did 10. It's pretty snug as you can see. The 10 stripes gave it a little more length, but I'm not sure yet if the size 6 needles was a good idea.

I think I'm going to try fisherman's rib on the next hat I make, to give it a bit more thickness.
