First Post

This is the first time I have posted to I am a self-taught knitter who has spent the last 3 months making 12 pairs of socks as Christmas gifts. I am now tired of making socks!

This is the first attempt at using more than one color and I am very pleased with the outcome. Made 2 of these hats from The Knitting Man(ual) and have been very satisfied with patterns contained in the book. Excellent source for men's patterns.

Beautifully done. The colors work very well together.

Love this hat!

The shape, the colors! And beautiful workmanship!

Will check out the book!

BTW -- are you a "circular" or "double-pointed" kind-o-guy?

All the best in the New Year!

Great job!

Really a great hat. Too bad I didn't know you when I lived in Hiram, we could have gotten together and knitted.

Why is it called Go OSU? Oh, I see...Ohio. I always forget that there is another one, I shouldn't though as I have a cousin that goes there. Very nice hat, and a great pattern.

Your hat looks great. I agree about the Knitting Man(ual), I've done the Twisted Stitch socks and I'm very pleased with them.

Nice hat with nice stitches. I guess all those socks paid off! Think of it as a reward.

That's a very ambitious pattern for your first multi-color project, and you did it beautifully! Way to go!
