been a while

Hey it's been forever since I've posted here, my bad. I'm trying to get back into some good habits.

I've been knitting mostly socks and hats lately. I think that I've finally fulfilled all the sock gifts that I promised. I do have a sweater vest on needles that is almost done but I can't bring myself to pull it out again and finish it. I'm prettysure fitted garment bore me, if I'm going to tackle a big project I'd rather it be lace.

A few months ago I got my first tattoo and this month I got my second. The first is a buckeye butterfly to protect me from my enemies (fear of change) and the second is an Inuit salmon totem to help me swim faster and now I need a knitting tat but I can't think of anything cool and hip - anyone have any ideas?

The fish totally rocks! They are beautiful tatoos.

Beautiful tatoos! Good to have you back. Why not use the men who knit logo for your tatoo?

hmmmm, the MWK logo could be done in the Inuit totem style - or very similarly to it....

MMario - I'm not divorced from reality - we're having a trial separation

I was thinking that very thing. The black and red certainly work. I'll have to take it into AI and play with it.

I love both of them - I'm thinking of a knitting related tattoo as well... but have none yet.
